Rabbits, pigs show softer side of Repticon reptile show LAWRENCEVILLE — There’s a soft, cuddly side to Repticon too, ya know. A couple times each year, Repticon — a nationally touring reptile expo replete with snakes, spiders and all other forms of creepy crawlies — stops by the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds’ exhibition hall for its Atlanta-area show. The main draw is, naturally, reptiles, and the diverse crowds — tattooed, snake-toting lifers and meeker, wide-eyed suburban families — flock in for their chance to observe and buy cold-blooded critters they’ve never before laid eyes on.
